In your first session, I take time to understand not just your symptoms but the patterns behind them — your sleep, digestion, energy, mood, and how your body responds to stress and change. Treatment uses fine, single-use needles placed at specific points to regulate the flow of Qi, calm the nervous system, and support your body's own capacity to heal. Sessions are quiet, unhurried, and often deeply relaxing. Many people notice shifts not just in the condition they came for, but in their overall sense of wellbeing.
